Shipping Policy

At Al+Chemy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer hassle-free exchanges within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

Exchange Policy

To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at alpluschemy@gmailcom. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to proceed. Once we receive your returned item, we will process your exchange within 2 business days.
