Refund & Return Policy
At Al+Chemy, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we gladly accept returns under the following conditions:

• Return Window: You must notify us of your intent to return within 10 days of delivery.

• Condition of Items: Returned products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7–10 business days for processing.

• Non-Returnable Items: For safety and hygiene reasons, items that have been opened, used, or altered in any way cannot be accepted for return.
