Welcome to Al+Chemy (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website, purchasing our products, or placing an order through Etsy or any other approved platform, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Products & Services

Al+Chemy sells fragrance products, including perfumes and related items, as well as digital products such as downloadable guides or journals.

All fragrance products are intended for personal use only. Due to the handmade and small-batch nature of our products, minor variations in scent, color, or packaging may occur and are not considered defects.

Digital products are delivered electronically and do not involve physical shipping.

2. Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

Orders are not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or inventory limitations.

3. Shipping

We ship both domestically within the United States and internationally.

Processing times are listed on product pages and are estimates only. Shipping timelines may vary based on destination, carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by their country. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by customs authorities.

Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delivery delays, lost packages, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

4. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We accept returns only on unused and unopened physical products within 7 days of confirmed delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

• The customer must contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return authorization.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Digital products are final sale and non-refundable due to their downloadable nature.

5. Allergies & Product Use Disclaimer

Our products contain fragrance ingredients that may cause allergic reactions or skin sensitivities. By purchasing from Al+Chemy, you acknowledge that it is your responsibility to review ingredient information and perform a patch test prior to full use.

Al+Chemy is not responsible for adverse reactions resulting from allergies, sensitivities, or misuse of products.

6. Intellectual Property

All content associated with Al+Chemy — including but not limited to product names, descriptions, imagery, branding, designs, and digital products — is the exclusive intellectual property of Al+Chemy.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

7. Third-Party Platforms (Including Etsy)

If you purchase Al+Chemy products through Etsy or other third-party platforms, those platforms’ terms and policies may also apply. In the event of a conflict, Etsy’s policies will govern transactions conducted on Etsy.

Al+Chemy is not responsible for technical issues, payment processing errors, or policy enforcement actions taken by third-party platforms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Al+Chemy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to the use of our products or services.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product that gave rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website or listings.
